Bearcats fall to Michigan 1-6

Michigan topped the Bearcats in their second day of the Big East/Big Ten Challenge, 1-6. The Wolverines, the defending Big Ten champions, got on the board early when they scored three runs in the first inning. UC's only score came in the bottom of the fifth inning when junior Lance Durham was hit by a pitch, allowing Jamel Scott to score.

UC finished Big East/Big Ten play tomorrow when they face in-state rival Ohio State at 10:00am. Last year the Buckeyes finished 5th in the Big Ten
