It's amazing how one loss can offset 26 wins. After the volleyball team lost their opening round game in the Big East Tournament their NCAA fate was left in the hands of the selection committee.Sunday night at 10:00 the team was rewarded for a fantastic season with an at large bid for the tournament. They open play Friday at 5:00 in Champaign, Il against Western Kentucky, a team they beat in 4 sets on the road back on October 14.
