It may have been freezing outside but Friday night the Keating Aquatic Center on UC's campus was heating up as the Bearcats hosted Miami in a dual meet. This was a break from Big East competition as they continue to prepare for the conference meet in February. The men were able to post a win against their arch rival 189-110, but the women weren't as lucky loosing 112.5-181.5 Highlights for the men included Nathan Williams breaking two of his own Keating Pool records in the 500 and 1,650 meeter free style races. Two of UC's more dominant swimmers also posted victories, here is Senior Jakub Carda winning the men's 200 meter free style event.
Junior Josh Schneider posted a victory here in the 50 meter free style race.

The Cats have two weeks off before they are back in the water on the road against Wright State January 30.
