Saturday the Bearcats visited the 17th ranked Fighting Irish at Joyce Center for a conference match up. The Bearcats coming off two hard losses against Connecticut and Louisville were looking for a win to avoid a long skid, but the Irish were to much to handle and pulled out the win 66 - 50. Defense was the key for the Irish, coming up with 21 steals for the game and closing the first half on a 13 -2 run. Kahla Roudebush lead the team with 13 points and right behind her was Angel Morgan with 10. The Bearcats will be looking to rebound with a win, when they face Providence this Tuesday at Fifth Third Arena.
