Bracketology Thinkology
Most "experts" don't have the Bercats in the NCAA Tournament, but at least they are entering the conversation. ESPN's Joe Lunardi has UC in the category of "the next four left out". He has 8 Big East Teams in the mix including Georgetown and West Virginia, two teams UC could replace of they take care of business in February. The Bracket Project has UC as a 4 seed in the NIT along with Providence and Notre Dame. There are several sites on line picking the field of 64, all are consistent with 8 Big East teams making the field, so according to that UC must set their sites on replacing either Georgetown or West Virginia. The best way to do that is to beat them.
