Meeker: Mick introduced Me to Huggins

With the return of Bob Huggins Thursday night the newspapers and the air waves have been loaded with stories of the "good ole' days" in Clifton.  We recently caught up with one of Huggins former players, John Meeker.  We asked John what kind of relationship he has with his former Bearcat coach, as well as the current Bearcat coach.

Loyalty to a program, a coach and a team have been an issue for many over the past four years.  We asked John his thoughts on fans loyalties, and where he stands on the issue.

Of course we had to ask him if he had a favorite story about his old coach. 

That journal would certainly be interesting.   After graduation John remained in Cincinnati and now works for Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions.   He remains active at UC both as a fan of all sports, as well as a member of "rejuvenated " C -Club.  Next week we will post some of Johns observations of this years team.  You'll never guess what former team mate he would put on this years team.
