Mike Mickens is out of action until a bowl game in late December. Yesterday he was scoped and repairs were made to a torn meniscus. He will be on crutches for 7-10 days. Unfortunately Mickens will miss out on playing in what would have been his final game at Nippert Stadium. He will be missed but this team has survived all year with their "next man in" philosophy.
