"Ring of Red" means that the Bearcats will be wearing red jerseys for the first time since the Rick Minter era back in 2003. The only question remaining is what color pants will the Cats be wearing? Discussions at the press conference Tuesday between Connor Barwin and Senior Associate Athletic Director Mike Waddell seemed to have the team leaning toward black instead of white. We'll find out Saturday night.
Before the game the team will honor Ben Mauk with his belated senior day recognition. Last year Mauk did not participate in the senior day festivities with hopes that he would be returning this season to play. Ben was the teams MVP last year.
Also, it has been announced that the game is a sell out!
So arrive early, be loud and wear red!!!!!!!
