The volleyball team extended their winning streak to 11 games Friday night with a hard fought win over USF. For the record that is the third USF team to visit Clifton this week and leave with a loss. Men's Soccer and of course football were the other two.
The hunt for a "perfect October" was in jeopardy with USF up 2 sets to 1 after three.
In the fourth set the Cats posted a 25-14 win then outlasted the Bulls in the fifth and final set 17-15 to extend their record to 21-5 and a perfect 11-0 in October.
Before practice earlier this week Coach Reed Sunahara told Bearcats Sports Page .com that the team was playing extremely well and with confidence.
The team is back on the court at Fifth Third Arena Sunday afternoon at 2:00 to start November like they did October....with a win. They host Georgetown.
