1st Conference win, Leadership and Playing With Passion

With the first Big East win under their belt the Bearcats get ready to take their show on the road this weekend to Chicago to face DePaul. The question at practice Friday was did the win help boost their confidence? Here is what Deonta Vaughn and Head Coach Mick Cronin had to say.

Leadership among the ranks has been questioned this season. Would the leaders eventually stand up and say that the loosing has to stop? What did Deonta learn from the group of seniors that led the team last year?

Is there a difference between playing hard and playing with passion? We asked Coach Cronin if he thought the team played with more passion Wednesday when they rallied and overcame a double digit deficit?
