60 is the magic Number

First please listen to Coach Mick Cronins comment from Tuesday, before the Georgetown game:
They did beat 7 of those teams, here are the scores:
Louisville  58-57
Syracuse  74-66
Villanova   69-66
Pittsburgh  62-59
West Virginia  62-39
Rutgers  72-68  (OT)
St John's 60-43
South Florida  52-51
In the video clip above Coach Cronin said that they held their opponents to an average of 56 points in those wins last year.  Look at the final scores, how many are less than 60? Overall last year UC was 5-1 in games where the opponents scored between 51-60, they were 5-6 in games where the opponent scored between 60-70, and they were 0-12 in games where the opponent scored above 70.
This year here is what the opponents scored in UC's 4  wins:
Georgetown  57
St John's 60
DePaul  55
Rutgers  59
And here are the opponents scores in the 4 losses:
Providence  72
UCONN  81
Providence  87
Marquette  84
See the pattern.  Defense certainly wins games.  Now the questions is, can the defense that helped win these last 3 out of 4 games continue to show up ?
