Another Bearcat Becomes NFL Boss

After his Baltimore Ravens were eliminated from the NFL Playoffs Sunday, Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan was named the head coach of the New York Jets.  Ryan spent time in Clifton under Rick Minter as his defensive coordinator.   Ryan becomes the third former Bearcat assistant coach to be named an NFL head coach.  He joins the man he just left, Baltimore's John Harbaugh and Super Bowl Bound Mike Tomlin.  Congratulations to Coach Ryan.  Along with his ties to UC, Rex is also the son former NFL head Coach Buddy Ryan.
